I'm pretty sure I studied demonology at University. In the context of medieval literature.

There is a university here that does let you do a self directed course... at the 4th year level. You could propose a demonology course and they'd approve it.

SMU is one of the largest universities in Eastern Canada - is definitely secular.

edit - depending on your background, many of the courses would already fall into "demon" defintion.

I think there are a few that do actually. I took a course called, Bodies, Bulls and Blood. It was about Greek Mythology. It had a cool title.
