I'm biracial with thick, medium length, relaxed hair & anytime I curl it the curls always fall. Thanks for any advice.

Optimum Hair Spritz is the best. It holds really good and doesn't leave your hair sticky and stiff like Pump It Up. You can find it in any beauty supply store it comes in a clear spray bottle the actual spray is purple. Also, it smells good.

I don't use hair spray. They all contain alcohol. Alcohol really destroys the hair, dries it out, and then you will have breakage. Use a setting lotion on your hair, before you roll it up. Only use a setting lotion , if your rollers are the plastic, magnetic, snap on ones. They are the best for wet sets.

Razac has a good holding spray that doesn't leave your hair hard.
