My first one I had slight morning sickness and with my other 2 nothing.(but sore breasts) I was actually pretty lucky. It may come at anytime, or it may not. Everyone is so different.

The only way I knew I was pregnant or even thought I was pregnant was because my breasts were tender. I thought "well maybe my period is coming" as I was irregular for many years and a week later I was still tender sometimes more tender then others then came the peein more then usual and my nose was so very sensitive after about 2 weeks. I took a test and 13 yrs 1 month and 15 days after having my first child I had my second. My advice get a test and make sure.
And all I can say was WOW what a shock we had been trying for more years then I care to discuss and had all but given up. I was happy, scared, excited, nervous and when he was handed to me for the first time I was greatful that even though he was 5 weeks early {as we expected he would be} he was perfect then I started thinking "holy **** what have we done we are 35 and will be 53 when he gets out of highschool"

I have had three children. All of witch I knew before I even took a test. If you start feeling cramping that feels like your about to have your period and it never comes that is a very good sign that you are. All your hormones start changing and it causes your body to feel very tender. I always could tell I was pregnant by the lower back pain and the cramping. They are expensive but in a few weeks if you feel the other symptoms I would go to Walmat or were ever and get a pregnancy test.

With my last two pregnancies, I had tender breasts which started in the nipple area. I am 15 weeks pregnant again and have had no breast tenderness at all with this pregnancy. If you missed your period, it's best to take a test and find out for sure. Early prenatal care is so important, so don't put off testing.

You are having another symptom besides the sore breasts, you said you are having slight cramps too. Those were both signs of my pregnancy very early on. I had some slight cramping and then my breasts got very tender. Those were the only 2 symptoms I had when I took my test and it was +. I think you should go ahead and buy a test and see for sure.

I am pregnant with my 3rd baby and my periods were on the dot every month. Except in January when I missed my period. But before I even missed my period, I had very tender breasts and that was the only symptom I had. I didn't think anything of it until I missed my period. I hope this helps. Good luck!!

Sometimes tender breasts are the first sign of pregnancy in a nursing mom. I would say its quite possibly a reliable indication to non nursing moms too.

Why ask this here when you can go to the doctors and do a pregnancy test?
You could be pregnant without any symptoms.
