i think you mean your blood sugar tested high, i.e. your pre-diabetic or have metabolic syndrome, the so-called syndrome x.
if so, you're in luck, because (type 2) diabetes is the one modern day disease that is actually completely curable.
there are lots of thing you can do, starting with eliminating ALL white sugar and white flour. increase your intake of fiber and good fats.
read up on it, starting with "the schwarzbein principle." check out her website in the meantime.
there are numerous supplements you can take, starting with cinnamon, which has been show to reduce blood sugar spikes.
you do NOT have to go on insulin if your are pro-active.
good luck.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

If the blood gluclose levels are high enough doctors prescribe insulin to decrease them. If the blood glucose levels are moderate to high, the doctor will prescribe oral medication. If they are on the borderline to being considered diabetic the doctor will try the patient on diet and exercise.
