You get lots of different brands of heat defence creams and sprays. Personally i think tresemme ones are the best. They smell so gorgeous and do a great job of protecting your hair, and give it added shine as well!

I would use a hair serum. Something along the lines of john frida or biosilk. If used correctly they leave the hair soft and will not weigh it down.
Some people use sprays but I find that some contain alcohol which dry out the hair, something you don't want to do when you're using heat

I use sunsilk 24/7 creme. it makes my hair really soft and helps protect it. Plus its cheap, like 3 dollars

It's a leave in conditioner. I like the one from Sunsilk. It's inexpensive and works wonders.

I use Charles Worthington london...stay straight heat protectant spray available at local drug stores...or physique straightening lotion...

i use 'soya want flat hair' but theres tons of different products. the sprays are better for wavy hair, and the creams better for curly hair.
