yes that is correct and it is in the right order.

Yes in humans that is the correct path, except that most fertilization occurs in the fallopian tube (or uterine tube as you call it). Otherwise there is a strong risk of "ectopic pregnancy"

And if you really, really want to be technical, its travels though the cervical os.

vagina, cervical os, cervix, uterus, fallopian tube and this is usually where the ovum gets fertilized
the extra sperm can pass thru the fimbriae out into the peritoneal cavity
