My boyfriend and I are trying to plan a wedding get-away.. we would like to go on a cruise, but it is way to expensive!! We want to have a nice wedding, honeymoon. I would like to stay in a nice hotel with a hot tub in the room, I want to wear a nice dress for my wedding.. And want to have pictures.. even if family is not there.. any ideas?

I would choose a beach community with a nice hotel where people could drive or fly to, but the hotel can offer a nice small reception and then they usually gift a suite for free. If you can brin 30 guests and use their catering service. Have a simple ceromony on the beach.

Food and drinks
-Buffet will be cheaper than a sit down dinner
-Simple white plates is cheaper than detailed plates
-Get family members to help cook the food the night before.
-Have cupcakes instead of a cake. Make the cupcakes yourself the night before
-Buy frozen juice and mix in the water yourself in a large punch bowl
