My Blood pressure is usually on the high side 135/95. i am on no meds for it. On the way to work, i got so dizzy i thought I was going to black out. My boss had to help me from the car, and my bp was 80/50 ( both arms and rechecked an hour later @ 70/40) I'm nauseated and she said my heartrate was very irregular but it was 62, pulse ox of 99. My left side felt "itchy" and my chest "ached". Im 38 y/o female. I'm an EMT but i have no ideas. no diabetes and glucose level was fine.
THanks

With a b.p of 135/95, I would still think that would be within a somewhat normal range. As you know some people's b.p's are naturally a little on the high side. And with no history of hypertension as you know it sounds ok.
What im concerned about is your low b.p of 80/50.You mentioned that you were on your way to work when this happened.I am assuming it was morning time and you have not eaten yet.It is normal for the blood pressure to drop if you havent eaten but those numbers seem a little extreme for just skipping breakfast. With an irregular heart heart rate and the itchy aching your describing I would be checked for Heart arrhythmias! The symptoms your describing mirror the same complaints other patients have had regarding this condition.
Your Pulse Ox is normal by the way!

From what you said, I'd have to agree with the above answerer. It sounds like you may have had some kind of cardiac arrhythmia. You should see your primary care provider for further evaluation about this. It could be many other things, but this seems like the most likely. Cardiac arrhythmias can cause hypotension and chest pain or pressure.

While your normal BP of 135/95 is a little on the high side, it's not super significant. If you haven't talked with your doctor about this, you should sometime in the near future. There's lots of medication and non-medication alternatives that can be used to control hypertension.

A pulse ox of 99% is completely normal, BTW.
