Use it for a lasagne. I once cooked too much Bolognese sauce and served it up the next day. My second husband refused to eat it, saying he didn't eat left overs. The next time I made a Bolognese sauce, I purposely made more than enough (I was working, he wasn't). The next day I served up lasagne and he ate it without a murmur.

If it is just the bolognaise sauce you are asking about why not try putting it on a ready made pizza base. Spread base with a little olive oil place bolognaise mixture on top with a few slices of mozarella and a few ripped basil leaves. To make it even more different mix a bit of chilli puree in to give it more of a lift. I do this frequently and have never had any complaints.

my Italian mother used to take left-over cooked spaghetti and mix it with the bolognese and then fry it in olive oil for about ten minutes. The spag goes all nutty and the flavour becomes really enhanced. She'd serve it up for breakfast for us. Don't all wince and say "UGH" - it was delicious and you should really try it, it's a totally different way to serve up last night's leftover spaghetti bolognese.
Enjoy, yum yum.

cook some macaroni and put in the bottom of a casserole dish, put the left-over bolognaise on top and make some cheese sauce (make it thick rather than runny) whilst the macaroni is cooking and pour that on top of the bolognaise. Bake in the oven for about half an hour. Yum.

I make a tasty "cottage" pie with it. I top it with mash grate cheese over the top of it bang it in a moderately hot (about 200, 220) for about 30 mins. Delicious especially with green veg such as cabbage, broccoli or even mange tout served with it.
