If you are not sure if he's being honest, then trust your instincts; after all, you know him better than anyone on Yahoo! Answers. But, in restart mode, you're both giving the person another chance so that has to be appreciated for what it's worth. If you think about the reason you stalled, it may be a commitment issue. If that hasn't changed, it's not going to change soon, probably. It's not only restart, it's 'buying more time' mode. Also known as 'avoiding the inevitable mode'. Only time will tell - I just wouldn't let time stretch into years.

Some men are worth it some are not worth it.If their are lot of hurt feelings move on find some other guy who you wont have any hurt feelings with. start fresh now. why would you wanna be with a guy who probably hurt you a lot any ways. that's what that sounds like from your question.like he hurt you a lot or you hurt each other a lot in the relationship.Relationships do not really work out when their are lots of hurt feelings in the relationships.because women or the guy never for gets what women did to the guy or they never for get the girl him.they keep bring it up off and on they carry a lots of baggage around with them all their life's when their with some one who did them wrong.

Seek out any signs of ignoring and/or dishonesty. As soon as you see that get rid of him. I made that choice today. He was suppose to meet me at the park, but, he never showed up. He said he would and that he promised and never showed. If your man does this, he's not worth it. Remember there are 3 billion other men to chose from. Make the right choice.

how long were you together before the relationship "stalled," and what was the reason it stalled?
You suggest that he is not being honest.
It doesn't appear that you have a lot going for you. If you have been together for less than a year, I would suggest that you take your losses, chalk it up to experience, and move on.

The question is if HE's worth it. There are several good men out there. If there are hurt feelings talk about them don't repress them.

Men are worth it, very much so. You just have to find the right one. If you don't trust him, then I would suggest moving on.
