Well you have 2 choices
A) Do something about it
B) Get over her
If she's not into girls you wont convert her, you'll just get a name for yourself.
Are you into girls, you might like her but do you generally find girls attractive, it might just be a "phase"
If she is into girls and so are you just ask her out to the cinema or something and see how things go. Generally play things the way you would with anyone else. hope this helps

It's clear that you prefer girls or women sexually, and that is fine. Love yourself and enjoy life. If you really like this girl and she knows it then ask her to take a walk with you or something.
