...on not a great variety of fruit and veg- i eat peas carrots and spuds.
i eat apples, bannanas i dont like any other fruit or veg.
i got to the gym once a week-for an hour-i burn around 250calories. i walk to the college bus daily-around 1 1/2 hrs total per week. once a week i go to town to get the bus to my grandads-15minute walk to the bus and 10min walk to my grandads from the bus stop.
i swim once a week. - use to go gym twice a week-but now have not enough time-due to college and work. i walk for an hr a week as part of my job to pick up a lil boy from skl and lk after him til his mum gets home from work.
i used to cycle alot asa kid-was never over weight til i started puttin it on at 14 1/2 yrs old.
is ther anything else i could do to loose weight-i drink less crap eat healtheir already. snack much less. what else could i do? i mean like somethig i cud do from home wud be best

- buy a jump rope and do it at home whenever you have some time to spare.
- crunches, lunges, squats, bicep curls while you're watching tv.
- meditation or yoga in their morning and night. stretching helps with your back, and it's a great way to relieve stress.
- buy an exercise video from the firm series, along with some light dumbbells and work out with it at home regularly.
from my own experience, it usually comes down to what i eat. if i snack too much on junk throughout the day, i won't lose weight. also, when i starve myself or deprive myself of my favorites, i'll end up binging and hating myself. continue eating nutritious meals, and don't be afraid to treat yourself once in a while. just be patient, and don't give up. you're on the right track.

Hi,I lost weight by cutting down the amount of food & replacing it with veg.I eat a lot of fruit especially oranages & I love bananas.I walk a lot thats thanks to my dog.At home you can try running on the spot,jogging get the music on & dance that will burn the calories.Good Luck

You may want to expand your vegetable variety. Broccoli and cauliflower are good steamed. Try eating more salads.
Consider taking up cycling again, and adding another day at the gym.
Other than that, you've made a very good start.

maybe get an aerobics video or record some aerobics programs from the sports channels and do those. The key to losing weight is to excercise to get your heart rate up for over 25mins a day and aerobics is the best way to do that

Hi shell- something that works for me are smoothies. I'm like you- I'm not the world's biggest fruit fan, so I bought a smoothie maker. They're gorgeous- you can throw almost any type of fruit in them, and it means you're still getting your 5 portions etc. And if you have one for breakfast, I find that you don't get hungry til lunchtime.

Eat what ever you want. the key is :Portion Control.
but remember it is improtant to ad fruit and veg. 2 ur diet.
I would suggest for you to eat 6 small meals a day 2 get your metab. going.

try some home work out videos with the right diet it done me great i also took tablets which i got from holland and barret called xenerdrine they are £40 a pot but do work with exercise.i took them 20 mins before i worked out.good luck just perservere.x
