I have already filled out the paperwork and sent to my lawyer but I am just curious if it is a pretty easy process or do they pretty well always turn ya down? Another question is how long does it take to get the answer , I was told about 21 days but does it really take that long or longer?

dont put a finger in the fan, dont buy anything yet. It will mess things up. we filed two years ago and one year latter qualified for a home loan, but the interest rate was outrageous, so we are waiting for our credit rate to get higher. It is a pain in the butt, but it was worth it to me. and yes it takes about that long, but it seems like a million years.

It happens all the time. You need to prove to the court that the expense is reasonable and consistent with your plan. No luxury cars are approved but normal cars are routinely approved. It could take from a few days to a few weeks. Notice has to be given and different courts sit during different intervals. 21 days sounds reasonable to me.
