a baby of about 13 years age of normal milestones , her height is 3 feet and 3 inches with active and sound health ....her parents are very anxious about her future is there any treatment for to increase her height ..?

Growth hormone treatment. Have her go to an endocrine specialist.

A 13 year old is not a baby. This is an adolescent. Surely the child's doctor has seen this child many, many times over the years, is aware of this and has already spoken to her parents about this. If the girl has dwarfism, there's nothing that can be done but to accept her for who she is.

a 13 yr old is no longer considered a baby.
maybe she could be a great jockey one day.
