I have had this for about 1-1/2 wks, weather I eat or not. I also have diarehha with this, what could be causing this to last to so, and any ideas on what it means?

There is a dead fetus inside you most likely. In my days in the hospital i've seen this quite a few times. Its rather disturbing when it comes out after about 2-3 weeks, but you feel like a million bucks afterwards. Best wishes.

No one could possibly answer this question with this little amount of information. Not even any doctor. That's why they need to examine you.
You did not specify what quadrant (left or right) the pain is in or what type of pain(dull,sharp,constant etc.)
Please see your physician it is your safest route to go.

Umm I dont know if you know but there is a stomach virus going around so try to rest take medichine

If it's your lower left side you may just have IBS (Irritable Bowl Syndrome). But if it on the right side of your lower stomach you could very well have appendicitis.
