yes i do it all the time and they taste good.for defrosting just let them out room temperature.

I would say yes.because i actually buy frozen cream puffs in my grocers freezer. they have regular size ,miniature (bite size) and chocolate eclairs.they are packaged in large plastic buckets with wax paper in between the layers.
I haven't noticed any drastic difference in quality at all.
and it ,s sure nice not to have to make them,but to have on hand.><>

Yes you most certainly can. Just pop them in the oven for a minute or so. Drizzle some hot chocolate syrup and sprinkle some powdered sugar. MMM.
