Well, a first real date.. age 16 is probably the norm. A group date.. a bunch of couples hanging out together.. I say age 14. Maturity level plays a big role. It is how I intend to handle the dating of my child when he's old enough.. I gotta few yrs to go.. He'll be 3 yrs old in May !!!

Depends! I only did group dates (my choice, my parents really didn't mind if i dated) until I was almost 18. By the time I started REALLY dating a guy, I had already learned what I was looking for in a man... and I'm still with the same guy I had my first real date with!

Depends on how old are you when you meet the first guy you crush on.I was 14,a friend of mine was 13 and another one was 14 too.And I mean it without adults who go with you and supervise you - that's ridiculous and I say it as a girl who have been dating at the age of 14.If my parents were with me it would be a lot worse than it was(it was great!).

With adult supervision I would say 13 is okay. Without it I would say 16 is old enough♥ Although I first dated without supervision when I was 14. Looking back I think I was too young though♥

I would say 15-16 without supervision of parents. 12-14 with supervision!

define date exactly. i mean i think its ok for you to be 13 and maybe have mommy or daddy drop you off at the movies so you can meet your gf or bf there. but anything any more serious like going out with someone and have them come pick you up from home then 16 would be a good age.

15 or 16, depending on the maturity of the child. I was 14 and I feel it was too young- I was really scared of being alone with the guy!! (Just talking, nothing else- don't get me wrong!!) But then we went out again when we were both 15 and are still together (we're 18 now) and getting married next year!! :D
