no , i don't think you were dumb, i think you were trusting. You trusted your co-workers to not mess with your computer, but they proved that they are not trustworthy. You learned that now you have to turnthe computer off. they are the dumb ones. Now you know better. you simply did not know how devious they were.
don' t be so hard on yourself,you were not dumb.

I wouldn't say dumb. But, don't trap yourself off by being careless, especially if you feel they're "devious."

Yes. Maybe you will no longer leave it on when they really burn you, like e-mailing a co-worker from your computer, changing your settings, password, etc., pouring soda on your keyboard.....

That is not wise. They might mess with your work or change something in it. Better yet, they might check your most private info and spread it. Be careful! I am talking from experience.
