actually a smart criminal would have no tattoos at all.because tattoos are like fingerprints in a way.it would be easier to identify you if you have tats on your body.so the way i see it is that i am less likely to do anything illegal due to the fear of being caught because of someone identifying my tats.so what im trying to say is we should watch out for those non tattooed people.theyre the dangerous ones in my opinion!!
