You could give the cat a treat of can cat food if the cat diet usually consist of dry food. Mine loves tuna. I would normally tell you to buy wet cat can food but right now there is a recall and I am taking my cat off of it. I am buying him tuna on my way home.

My cat used to LOVE daily body massages. Rub its legs, feet, belly, chest and especially the armpits! It's very therapeutic for you as well. It will give you a very close bond with your kitty!

All a cat needs is love, food, drink and shelter and attention just give it all it wants and if it has all that then dont give him nothing else but love.

Ask not what you can do for the cat with everything, ask what the cat can do for you.
(Really, does the cat catch mice, or snuggle with you or purr, etc?)

If a cat already has everything, then I would give it more love! Cats always like love, so plently more of that would be appreciated!

you could try and find out if there is anywhere near you that does massages for cats, a day at a cat spa with a massage included could be nice..

'A voucher to be neutered' is the best answer I've ever heard in my life! If the cat truly does have everything, it shouldn't have!
