We were recently having dinner out together and she seemed tired and lethargic, and after I asked her if she'd had a rough day, she said that she had, and promptly got up to go to the ladies' room. She returned moments later and appeared excited and agitated and her nose was bright red. For the balance of the mean she sat there fumbling with her nose -- wiping it, squeezing it, etc. I asked her if she had a cold or sinus issue, and then moments later joked around with her about the possibility that she went to go "do some blow in the can." Her reaction was uncharacteristically paranoid. Is there a way I might really tell for sure if she'd just horked a line?

Ask her. If she avoids the question, or gets defensive, then she probably is. If she was tired and then all of a sudden wasn't, she was probably doing coke. Did she sniffle her nose a lot after and rub her nose? Those are tell tale signs of coke users with the excitiblity of it too.

Sounds like she is. Or else she did something else in the bathroom? Like met up with a cute waiter??!

She is. Straight up asking her is the only way though.
Next time you think she's doing it ask her if you can have some and see what she says.

Pretend you have some and offer it to her. If she wants it there you go!
