I am speaking on things that have an impact but want to give a broad scope then narrow it down...who/what has an impact on us and how we can impact others and our world. This talk will be geared to a judeo-christian belief for teenagers. Though all veiws are welcome and appreciated. thanks !

Self has the greatest impact on self. Look around you. World? Things happen every day in the world - good things and bad. Think back to one of your birthday parties as a child. Around the world, there was poverty somewhere, wars somewhere, bad weather somewhere.... how was your day? It was great! There was cake and ice cream and a pinata.
National? Politicians getting arrested, gangs doing their thing, someone won a national professional sports championship. How was your day? Your girlfriend broke up with you - had more impact on you.

The peace that God offers us is this: In this life there will be trials. That means that EVERYBODY will have some bad days. Those who accept Christ will be no different. But those who accept Christ will have the hope of eternal glory. It is our individual choice to accept or not - and that will have the largest impact on ourselves.

I would say self (family, early history), national and world, in that order.
