I hope you know how the law works.
It costs a lot of money to sue and you are probably violating the guidelines so I doubt your suit will go anywhere. If you think this is an infringement on your freedom of speech, you are wrong because that does not mean that you can say anything you want anytime you want. Plus, you don't have to be here to begin with.

Yahoo, itself, is a fairly liberal corporation. Yahoo Answers is a group of people sharing information. The violations come from individuals that don't like what you are saying for whatever reason (justified or not). Yahoo Answers pretty much goes ahead and gives the violation without checking out the actual subject matter. It saves time. If Yahoo Answers seems biased towards illegals, then it's because of the bias of the people that post the most or make their posts so obnoxious that they get noticed.

They delete everyone's accounts. Mine was suspended two days ago for anti-illegal invasion remarks. Alot of people on both sides of the issue are flagged down, and deleted. YAnswers isn't pro anything, they are a department of hourly no-skill employees who get a paycheck for sending out form letters written by Yahoo's corporate legal team, and removing content that violates Yahoo's vague and very broad guidelines.
When you stop caring about points, the violations and deletions are ineffective.

How exactly does you getting violations prove a bias? Wouldn't you have to have all the violations given out? Then wouldn't you have to scrutinized the data of ALL the violations in order to see a trend of bias? Lastly, is it illegal for yahoo to be bias?
But to answer your question, I don't think there is a broad bias in Yahoo. everyone gets violations.

i might prefer to desire no longer yet i think of it comes from the actuality that numerous expert people do no longer trouble to study the posts previous the factor that the poster says they're anti unlawful .They checklist each and every thing that would not believe their thinking.whilst the anti persons are no longer as rapid to checklist so we land up dropping sturdy questions and solutions.perhaps we ought to checklist each and all of the anti American, anti white, anti black ,anti each and every thing posts too yet you realize what,i've got not got the time to be that petty.i'm going to voice my concepts,my critiques and in the event that they delete it .i'm going to place up it lower back. No amnesty, checklist and help deport.help 4437 you realize there is not any longer something worse than boastful intelligence, lack of expertise shines via insults and insinuations.one that lives in a tumbler domicile of presumed self intelligence ought to in no way throw barbs.

You do recognize that it is not the website's fault, but the people who are flagging you. You might really want to consult a lawyer before you do that as it doesn't sound very promising. Check out the YA Community Guidelines and think about ways that you can word questions that are not insulting to people, but rather thought provoking, interesting, and logical.

There are individuals who monitor and they do so based on the assumption that they can monitor and control what is said against what they believe. Folks in the Pro Amnesty/illegal arena are are hot to work against folks who want the USA to enforce it's laws and borders. It's in their best interests to do so. Typically, American citizens just "assume" we are being protected. Well that has all changed folks. If you don't stand up for what you believe in, someone who feels differen than you do, may sweep away your freedoms and country.
This site for better or worse exposes what kinda is going on. On both sides. It's not a standard I would lean on but it is quite intersting to see that there are others, many others out there that feel as I do.
I have been banned, censored and then when I asked why, was let back in because they had no good reason. They knew it and so do I. If they cut us off, the site will evaporate. Who wants to play a game wherein the other side keeps cutting you down and saying you are wrong?
There are subjects that you don't want to get into cuz they will shut you down. The issue of population control/too many people seems to freak em' out. Too specific amounts of true information about Mexican's rattles their cages.
IT goes on.
IT's a fun game but if they get too weird, who needs em'
You can fight the illegals on many corners in this country. They are everywhere ...and so are THEIR SUPPORTERS.
Viva the UNITED STATES!

I'm against illegal immigration/invaders. I've posted several questions on it, and have only had one removed because I had a curse word in it. I honestly don't think yahoo has a say either way on the issue. They just want all of us dummies on here arguing.

They know racists stand no chance and the future belongs to "Hispanics", so they don't want to mess with the group that will rule America shortly. No one does, except for a few radical losers here & there.
