Just smile with gritted teeth and put up with them. It's not worth your job to have petty fights with someone. If they are doing things that are unacceptable in a workplace, just tell your boss and let them handle it.

Try to avoid them if possible and figure out what it is that bothers you about them. If it's the way they act or is it their work ethics? Either way use short conversations when you have to and distance yourself from them. If they don't get the hint, then they're really not that bright anyway! Don't help them out at all and even let your supevisor know if it's a work related dislike (maybe they'll get moved)! Good luck, this really sucks.

If they are on the same level as you , grin and bear it. Dont make overatures, and if they actually ask you what you think of them, tell them straight like it is.
If they are a boss, or a manager or supervisor, suck it up a little, and play nice...until they do something boneheaded, that you can use to get their job......

Do what we did when we had the same problem. We just made life so hard for them that they quit. It worked so good that two others quit also.

if you really like your work then you either need 2 talk 2 them or just ignore them....i know its hard 2 ignore though....but if its not a very important job then get another one...good luk!!

I talk to them as little as possible but am always courteous. I just don't go out of my way for them or rush to help them if they need it.
