I have been going to the gym and weight training for 7 months. Although I have become somewhat stronger, I don't see any significant different in muscle sizes. What can I do to increase muscle mass and not just strength?

you simply are not eating enough.

if there is limited muscle growth in certain areas, then the training is the problem. if there is no muscle growth over the entire body then the caloric intake is insufficient.

Charles Poliquin's German Volume Training is a great workout to use to build mass. It's based on compound movements like bench press/squats/pull ups. Your diet also has a lot do with size so make sure your eating 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. Do a search for German Volume Training; follow it, and I'll guarantee you'll put on size in a hurry. The workout changes every 6 weeks, so your workout will not get stale. It wouldn't be a bad idea to supplement a multi-vitamin with creatine and an NO2 product for energy pre-workout. Make sure to consume protein 30 minutes before and after lifting. Try not to go over an hour because your body will start producing cortisol after 45-60 minutes according to recent studies I've found on various websites. This will cause a catabolic state to your body where it will break down muscle for fuel instead of fat reserves minimalizing your gains. Good luck with your workout no matter what you try and adjust to whatever works for you.

your problem may be that you are strength training instead of mass training, you need to be lifting heavy weights with very low reps. I could go on and on about this but your best bet is to check out this web site
www.bodybuilder.com
or a similar one. They will give you some workout routines and a good diet to go by to give you that mass that you are looking for.
