Lady, I don't think any particular time period applies in your case. What is important is this- what do you know about his past sex life?, is he a big risk for disease for you? , does he have other women besides you, and how long has it been since he was tested for Aids, and other things. If, you have asked yourself these questions and answered them to your satisfaction, then do it when you feel like it. Don't try to plan sex, that just messes it up, do it right when you get ready dear. Now, keep your heart in check, and don't start getting all these other feeling tied up with a roll in the sack sweetie. Just take it for what it is at first and then let you feelilngs come out a little at a time. If you don't you will end up feeling like you have been used. I am sorry sweetie, life is complicated at the best, If I can help further, please feel free to ask. P

I can totally agree with few of these answers.... but some are off the wall..

I highly suggest waiting til you both share mutual feelings, when you sleep with someone with no emotional attachment its a gurantee it wont work.

Also, having seen from girlfriends with kids men assume that your easy because because you already have a child but dont let that get you down.

Totally evaluate the potential mate. Dont let him push or pressure you into bed because you wont enjoy it.

We enjoy things most when we care about someone. So good luck and be safe!

Hi welcome, lol

Its not a matter of waiting how long, its finding out who? Just remember to be prepared and bring your own protection.

Also, I have found to wait a long time before introducing the men in my life to my children. This protects them.

Oh, and date a bunch of different people. Free breakfast, free lunch, free dinner and free drinks. Just let the guys know your not just dating one. This keeps them on the edge and spoiling you more. Its what dating is about.

You don't have to have sex with ANY of them, I was dating like 7 guys at once (they all knew) never slep with any of them. I got flowers all the time, cards, it was great.

There is no set time. I would avoid doing it the first night you meet someone if you actually like the person and want to pursue a relationship but otherwise, just go with the flow!

As long as you're comfortable with... It could be hours, days, or weeks. Depends on the situation. Experiment, and figure out what works for you. There's no right or wrong answer.

Whenever YOU feel its right; first date or 90th; its up to you. And don't feel pressured; if a guy is pushing for it, dump him and find somebody else.
