i would do exercising after the meal but about a hour after let your food settle and whats the point of exercising before when your just replacing all your hard work with your meal. well thats jusut me its up to you. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

Both. there are benifits to excircising a little before and a little after.
Idealy youd want your metabolism in full swing when you eat. But after you eat you also want the same so what i do is a little before and my main excircise about an hr after my meal.
