This video, if not staged, was likely filmed in a foriegn country where they do not have the same animal health and food safety requirements as the U.S. Without seeing the video, I am not certain which parasite these worms would be, but I guarantee this is not something that would happen with pork raised in the U.S. system, particularly by a farmer that uses the Pork Quality Assurance program or other GMPs. Further, the vast majority of pork is inspected by the government by USDA inspectors for animal and potential human health concerns. Lastly, because pigs in the U.S. are fed grains rather than slop and garbage as done in times gone by there is no way for them to ingest these worms. I hope this helps. If you are still concerned, go to www.usda.gov and browse through the website or the National Pork Board's website at www.pork.org.

There hasn't been a case of trichinosis since the 1960s, due mainly to improved techniques.
Secondly, you can pour lime juice over an overly exposed to room temperature pork and get the same result.
This method, of pouring lime juice over pork, was a sales gimmick in the early 80s, from a private sales meat company.
Combine any raw meat with exposure to hot air and flies, or even on a dirty kitchen counter, and the meat will develop parasites.
Coke though? Enough acid present to 'chase' these buggers out of their warm little homes inside the meat but I am pretty sure Coke (and lime juice) have enough acid to cook the meat outright.

I have been cooking our Easter ham in coke for years and have never seen nor heard of such a thing I think this originally came from a nigella recipe have a go at it. I think you will like it For the Ham: 1 (4 1/4 to 4 1/2-pound) bone in ham 1 onion, peeled, cut in 1/2 1 (2-liter) bottle cola (recommended: Coca-Cola) For the Glaze: 1 handful cloves 1 heaping tablespoon molasses 2 teaspoons English mustard powder 2 tablespoons granulated brown sugar Peel and cut 1 onion in half. To a large pot or Dutch oven, place ham, the onion and pour over top, the 2 liter bottle of coca-cola. On a medium-high heat, allow to cola to come to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover, not tightly with lid, and allow to cook for 2 1/2 hours. It is 1 hour for every 2 pounds. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. For the Glaze: Pull the ham from the pot, and allow to rest on a cutting board reserving the cooking liquid. Using a sharp knife, trim the skin, leaving a thin layer of fat on the ham. Using the knife, score the fat diagonally into large diamond cut.. In each diamond pierce the fat with 1 clove. Spread the molasses over the meat. Gently pat the powdered mustard and sugar around the meat, so it sticks to the molasses. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil. Gently place the ham in the roasting pan. Cook the ham for about 10 minutes or until glaze is burnished and bubbly. For braising the ham in advance and then letting the ham cool, take ham from the refrigerator, glaze it according to the recipe, and give it 30 to 40 minutes to sit at room temperature. Place in a 350 degree F oven for 30 to 40 minutes, then turning up the heat if you think it needs a more crispy exterior.

it's false. Those are special effects. I wouldn't worry about it at all. Most things would not survive coke. Heck, it takes the rust off of metal!
