The 'secret' executions are performed by the people we are fighting.

What makes you think this? "Secretly" executing people? Of course they are. This sort of thing has been gong on since the beginning of time. At this point anyone who gets in the way of someone's political reputation, (particularly the Bush administration because he vowed to initiate and get control of this thing), well, just consider them, conveniently, a casualty of war. tsk. tsk. tsk. I'm American and I hear you.

That being said. Someone has to try and put a stop to these bomb toting thugs that are waging war across the entire globe lest everyone submit in the name of their Allah.

What's your plan?

If you are meaning "secretly", the obvious answer is no, or it would have been noticed by someone, somewhere and broadcast over the various news channels by now....it has been 4 years now....
