You should take a decongestant (you probably would want a daytime one) and follow it with a nice strong nighttime decongestant for tonight. You can boil water on the stove and steam yourself (put a towel over your head, lean over the steam, breathe in deeply) that should help to clear your sinuses. If you have some vitamin C , take that or you can eat some oranges.
Get a good nights rest, if need be take Tylenol tonight to stay comfortable. If your cough is bad you may need a cough medicine
*** Be sure that Tylenol and other meds can be taken together.... combining OTC meds can sometimes be dangerous

Good luck and feel better!

Lots of rest. If you can, go home and get in bed. Lots of non-caffinated liquids. Water and gatorade works for me. Juice just makes me have to go potty more, and how resting is it to get up every few hours? Take some nyquil and get a nap in.

My husband really believes in GSE ( grapefruit seed extract ), it usually takes a few days to work and tastes nasty, but he defiantly gets better faster than anyone else. You can find it at any heath food store.

Drink lots of fluids and stay hydrated.

And although gross, cough up germs when possible.
