I am trying to gain weight / mass and heard BCAA's will help in the process, if so how should they be taken, pre or post workout? Thanks

if your whole food intake is insufficient and/or you are not intaking sufficient calories for growth most supplements will have no effect. so basically if you aren't gaining muscle right now with your current diet and training program adding BCAA's isn't going to help
