Can anyone recommend a shuttle, sedan service, or limo service that runs between LAX and the Disneyland area and offers child car seats?

I would suggest using the scheduled airport bus service between LAX and Disneyland as opposed to a van or shuttle service. A large bus dose not require or need a car seat for a small child or baby. Plus the bus fare is cheaper and more reliable than the shuttles and will drop you right off at the Disneyland Travelport. These buses run about every 30 minutes all day.

Disneyland Car Service

Since small children are required by law to be in a rear facing child seat, all these types of transportation services will be able to accommodate you. Some may charge a small "rental" fee for the seat, but most will not. Be sure to double check that it is properly installed.

Does the seat(s) in your question mean you have more than one toddler? Wow! Are you ever going to have fun at Disneyland. (just teasing).

I can't recommend a specific, but we travel alot with our two carseat age children and have never run into an issue. When you call for the shuttle, specify that you will be needing a car seat. I have never had a company tell me that they can't accommodate...all the way from Hawaii to Florida. Good luck

We are trying to avoid lugging around 2 car seats with us as we plan to use public transport throughout our trip. The Flyaway bus service is an option for us but are interested to find quotes for shuttles or town car services first.

You can try limozu. They compares all limo services in your area easy as 1,2,3. You could request for child seats then pick all services and compares for the best price rather then search one company as a time. I think this is the best way! good luck.
