I have zero energy today but no time to sit around and rest! Its almost lunch time and i need some ideas of foods that will give me some much needed energy! keep in mind that i live in a small town so options are a little limited but i can work with whatever you suggest! Thank you

try making a chefs salad. Put in salad, carrots, ham, pepperoni, bacon bits, cracked hard boiled egg, cheese, and dressing is optional. Include Raspberry Iced tea and chips on the side.

Pasta, vegies, and a little bit of chocolate. If you like coffee, maybe have a cup before heading back to the grind!
