i do crunches and sit ups. but it wont work! please help me asap!

The plank(each time hold it a little longer..start with 45 seconds)...it works fabulous and doing things that involve core training, rather than just "crunches" Running with correct form, pull ups, pull downs...etc.

Have a schedule for crunches and sit-ups (e.g. M-W-F). You may need to have at least 200 to 400 crunches a day. (20 reps and 10 sets or 20 reps and 20 sets)

On other days, do other exercises or dancing or aerobics which concentrates on overall fat reduction. Your abs will not show unless your body is still covered with fat.

Diet and exercise play a huge roll in getting a nice toned six pack. Crunches and sits alone will not do it.

45 minutes of cardio
45 minutes of crunches and sit ups and weight lifting

Watch what you eat and dont eat so much.

there are alot of differant ways to get a 6pack crunches and sit-ups will work but you have to do alot of other things with it, for example you have to run, but if you run get weights for your stomach, and when you run stand straight up, tighten your stomach muscles.
