First, why have you been to see him so often. Are you having that serious of a health problem? Is he making the appointments or are you?
If he is the one pursuing the relaitonship then this is definitely taboo. You should file a complaint with the AMA (American Medical Association). He is violating their code of ethics. This is true even if you are the one pursuing the relationship. Be very careful and find another Dr.

I agree get a new one, this guy is completely crossing the line here I think. If he likes you fair enough but there's a time and a place!!! There's appropriate ways of dealing with things!
On the other hand if you like him too then maybe accept the date but I would still get a new one because this is just a bit odd!!

All I can say is watch just how he puts his hands and tools, this can be harassment if it makes you uncomfortable -- and may need to seek another GYN doctor.
Did you ever wonder just how does he choose his women -- is it the size, shape or smell of the Pussycat, or what? Sorry!
The other question is: Do you like him? Because you keep going back !!!

If you are attracted to him, accept. If not, tell him that he is not your kind and to have a doctor/patient relationship only. If he insist is time to look for another gynecologist

Asking someone out is not a crime. One presumes you have the ability to firmly say no. If you find it annoying you are one presumes smart enough to open the phone book and find another gyn.

File a complaint with the local medical board.
If others do the same it will create a pattern.
Then find a new doctor.

BLAH I WANTED TO PUKE. I went home & cried & then changed Doctors

Ethically that is a no no. If you know that ahead of time then it is your decision. If he comes on to you then there is a possibility that he does it to other patients. Be careful.
