who says that people in the miltary can't speak to civilians? getting a girlfriend in the military is the same as getting a girlfriend anywhere else. go to the officer's club, nco club or bar on post for lunch/dinner and start talking to people.

Who told you that military members cannot talk to civilians??? Whoever did was completely full of crap. Military personnel can talk to civilians all they want.

Who told you soldiers can't talk to civilians. The only place this is true is with basic trainees. But regular soldiers can talk to whoever they want.
