does anyone know how to find someone free because i am trying to find a half brother that i have never met and last i herd he didn't wanna have anything to do with me and my older sister.

Respect his decision. If he does change his mind, he knows how to get in touch with you or your sister

If he doesn't want anything to do with you then respect would say that you leave him in peace. People are related by an accident of birth they have a genuine right to select with whom they have relationships. It is not loving to stalk him until he consents to meeting with you.
That said there are multiple ways to find someone. Suggest you use the computer in front of you to begin your search. Type "find missing person" into a search engine then follow the leads that are found.
