So i broke up with my ex (she slept with another guy), I took her back but she said her feelings vary and she might like someone else.

Well she does and has immediately ran off with a friend of mine.

I made a giant step in forgetting about her yesterday, but I need everything to be gone. Any other ideas...I g oto a small school so the choice of women to choose from is very scarce, I participate in activities and sports.

But i need ideas that might b a lil' outta the box? Any ideas are welcome?

It really is just a matter of giving yourself time to heal. Spend time with friends, excercise, go out, enjoy life as much as possible. Make sure none of her stuff is in your place, at least not out where you can see it. When you find yourself thinking about her, gently guide your thoughts elsewhere. And in time, probably when you are not looking, when you least expect it, you will find yourself falling in "like" and then in love again.
good luck

Sounds like you still might be a little young, would have helped if you mentioned how old you were. I'll assume high school since you said school in your question.

First step: Forget about that girl it's obvious that she is not the girl for you. First off she violated your trust by sleeping with someone else while you were dating. Do you really want to date someone that you can't trust? You are better off without her and her need for attention outside of your own. The problem men have is we are problem solvers, we see a problem and we look for ways to fix it. However, this is nor was your problem. The problem instead is her's with future relationships as well as dealing with karma if you believe in that stuff. However, with that being said I think everyone in their life male or female has to go through the process of an unfaithful lover. Instead of dwelling in the past use it as a learning experience. Part of being young is being experimental and "figuring" out what you like or want. (I'm not only talking sexual in nature, in addition I mean personality matches, sense of humor, similar interests/hobbies, even appearance.)

Second step: You mentioned you go to a small school, have you made any effort about possibly meeting people in and around a major city near you? This day an age we have tons of venues, i.e. Yahoo Personals, Match.com, etc etc. I still don't think there's a better way to get over a girl than to get a new one who actually appreciates who you are and how you treat her.

Third Step: You can't and won't forget about her immediately. Time does cure all wounds, you will think about her less and less as time goes on.

Lastly: Don't fret about the situation too much, although you go to a school which seems to have a larger percentage of men, rest assured that in college and in life in general the percentage of women is much larger and thus more appealing.

Maybe you should make some new friends or find a hobby that gets you out and about to meet people other at school. Forgetting is not an easy task and it will take time to heal. You will not be able to make it all disappear immediately no matter how hard you try or want it to be. Remember you are a fantastic person and deserve someone that will see that and feel about you the same way you feel about them.

you can't keep taking her back, she keeps cheating on you.

just be single for a while.

do some activities to get your mind off her, hang out with the guys, go to the bar, do some sports, etc...

Put your heart into your activities and sports for a while.
But if you feel you have to be dating try finding someone
who doesn't go to your school.
