I no longer believe what I was taught to believe. I was raised Christian, but now I am atheist. I came to that conclusion following years of doubting what I was taught, praying (while I was still a believer) studying, researching, thinking, and then finally following my heart AND my head.

belief was shared with me not forced because my dad realized that there are many false teacher's the world for over 2000 years. And while i did stray i came back to seek my own decision!
It saddens me all of the people who had religion forced on them by there parents and churches most i have met have turned away from seeking G-d and i know that it saddens him as well so much! Most of the things that happened to me as a child was the faults of people and most of what has happened to my as an adult are because of my own decisions mine not G-ds. Any way having a relationship with the Father in heaven through the leadership of the true Messiah is an awesome thing! i know that i don't have all the answers and that everyday is a lesson in living and trying to become a better person trying not to be a hypocrite to not do what i hate! But we are all in the flesh even those that understand a little more are still working on overcoming those things! We do have the Messiah to teach us the Father's will for us to show us what is pleasing to G-d. And how to truly love others as he loves us!
my most desired prayer is that all who love truth and desire Rightouseness seek it!
As the Messiah said i come only to seek the lost sheep of the house if Israel. They know his voice!

I believe because I am free to believe in what I want to believe in, just like you are. No brain washing, no stupid mind tricks, no person fearing me into believing, I believe because of love not fear, I believe because of the I want to, we are born to believe. This is why no matter where in the world you go, those who have never been exposed to other persons beliefs still believe in a higher purpose and meaning, a God. But in this society were proof has outweighed faith in many ways, it is never going to be enough. Morality is never a question for those who live in "love", in God, because it is part of living.

I follow the Lord, because He has made sense to me, I grew up being taught the Bible, and as I grew older the Lord manifested Himself to me, and has been teaching me every since, He gives me the desire to want to follow Him and share His word.....it is His power working in the hearts of those who love Him. He is awesome! And when it comes down to it, point blank---He makes more sense than anything!
And He is more alive than anything else!
1 Corinthians 1:18
[ Christ the Wisdom and Power of God ] For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

I was taught the southern baptist way during my childhood that pretty much anything I did, I was going to hell.
I no longer believe in hell, heaven, god, satan, etc. So I would answer I do not believe in what I was taught.

No, much to my mother's chagrin.
I no longer believe or have faith, period. Either I have facts and know a thing, or I lack facts and do not know a thing. Belief and faith no longer play a role in my life. Logic alone does.

Depends on the belief...
Religion-wise, this doesn't jibe because my heart is in sync with my religion, which encircles my spirituality.

Given that I didn't even know the word atheist when I figured out that I was one, I would say I was on my own.
