If it is a deep pain you may ant to consider seeing a doctor...this along with the burning and throbbing could be a sign of a blood clot.
If it is muscle pain alternating heat and ice should help.
Call your doctor first so they can help you determine what the root of your pain is.

What you're describing is the traditional soreness linked with working muscle tissues which you're no longer used to utilising that plenty. leaping rope makes use of the calf muscle tissues plenty extra effective than commonplace events. you got slightly overzealous and pushed your exercising recurring without giving your muscle tissues sufficient time to recuperate. It happens to all people. be conscious a balm to the affected muscle tissues and take a pair of days off from leaping rope, yet shop stretching meanwhile. once you exert a muscle extra effective than that's used to being exerted, you create tiny tears in the muscle tissues. Your physique responds by utilising making that distinctive muscle bigger and more desirable whilst it upkeep the tears. in this time a undeniable volume of soreness is commonplace. the key is build up your recurring progressively so the physique would not ought to close you down whilst it does its restoration artwork. Your legs weren't inevitably liable first of all. they only weren't used to leaping rope, that's plenty diverse than walking. ;)
