How can you tell when you have a love and/or a a crush on a girl?

If you have a crush, you idealize her and only think of the good things about her. If you love her, you know everything about her and still want her and need her and want to be with her.

How you can tell is if you ask her out and want to get to know her more. If you get over it you only had a crush.
