i am having my hair braded next week and i want your opinions.do white girls look good with there hair braded like this at....

Yes I think it looks a great style especially if you are bored with your look. Give it a try what have you got to loose. Hair is a girls best asset use it for your advantage and make us bald men go wild. Nice link to pics.

I like the first pic but I wouldn't do the 2nd. It's not because of your color but because of the texture of your hair. Most Caucasians have fine hair and braids that extends down to the tip normally do not last for more than a couple days, stray hairs will tend to come a lose. Ethnic groups tend to have thicker, coarser hair which holds the braids better. It all depends on your hair not the color of your skin. Have fun with it :-)

Sure some will look great that way. Bo derek had her hair that way when she was in "10" , a movie when ,probably ,before you were born. I saw many white women get their hair done in the same style. It is hard on your hair and will cause hair breakage if kept braided for a very long time.

i'm white and i've had my hair braided hundreds of times, just make sure whatever design u get the person braids your hair to the shape of your face, rock your style. Its easy to manage also, b4 u go to bed spray your head down with hairspray, and rub gel between each braid too. The least you get it wet the longer it will last. Good luck@!

its dos not suit everyone it can look bad if its done any bit messy.
looks best if you have an oval face and babyish features.
sorry to say if you have sharp features or any features you don't like don't do it. It will highlight it.
not a very good look for pale Purloin skin and red hair

I dont think of their prettier, yet basically as exceptionally. I questioned why they look differnt from American white ladies until eventually somebody informed me they arent blended (working example French, German, Portuguese) whilst american whites are blend of persons from all ecu international locations

Well I'm not gonna say it looks 'bad'
But it does look chav.
A few years ago I had my hair braided but only for about halfway across my head then the rest flowing out.
This looks fairly stylish, but that was when i was going for the 'rudegyal' look *shudder*
Thank god rock music saved me.

I've always liked the look. I've always wanted it done myself but the parents never had the money, and I didn't have the time. But if you do, get it done, and get a little extra tan to finish off the look.

NO NO NO!!!!
white girls look rediculous with braided hair unless! they're in sports.... and that's just to keep their hair out of their face.
i'm a white girl, so this opinion should mean something- no.. don't do it.
i'm blonde hair, blue eyed, fair skin and the only reason why i ever braided my hair was for track and hockey. other than that, it's gross.
