my brother (12) got up i the middle of the night last night for a drink of water. He peaked into everybody's room to see if everyone was sleeping. Everyone was; except my parents!! They were having sex!!!!!! the door to there room was open a crack. he peeked in and got his camera. he took a picture, so i have proof. Im 17...what should i do??

Definitely get rid of the picture. Your parents did nothing wrong, but your brother did. I guess at 12 you are very curious, but I'm not sure why he took the picture. Does your brother even think he did anything wrong. I think telling your parents would be a good idea so they can talk to your brother and make sure their door is shut. Showing them the picture as proof may be a good idea if they think your brother can do no wrong. Parents having sex is normal, a 12 year old taking a picture of it is not!

OMG...you have PROOF?!?!?! That your PARENTS had SEX??? Jesus Mary and Joseph. What do you mean "what should I do"? Do nothing. Destroy the picture for one, because that's the most disrespectful and ignorant thing I can think of. But I'm very sorry to inform you this was not their first time. Did you miss science class? What would you do if someone took a picture of you being overly friendly with that stuffed bear you sleep with? You and your brother sound like arrogant perverted brats and if I were your parents I would have put you both up for adoption a long time ago.

He knew what he was looking for, and it wasn't a glass of water. Obviously, he ran across your parents doing this before and now decided (for whatever reason) to put them on film.
The best thing you can do is keep your mouth shut and get rid of the pictures without him knowing. If he used a film camera, remove the film in daylight an ruin it; a digital camera, delete the picture.
If he does the "glass of water" routine again, go with him.

That is just gross, your brother needs to stop doing that, he is not a little kid anymore, why he cares if everybody is sleeping? Get rid of the picture if your parents find out you too will be in big trouble.

take the picture tell him to grow up and tell your parent's you got a drink of water and they need to shut there bedroom door at night and than just go walk to your room there more embarrassed than you at this point.

I actually had the unfortunate experience of this happen to me as well. But I was already like 20ish that time and know what sex is like. It was both embarrassing for me and my parents and so we acted like it never happened. Had I been younger, I would've been traumatized. Your parents and bro need to have a little chat about it, so he knows how to respect people's privacy. And your parents need to lock their bedroom if they want to keep things to themselves!

You do realize that your existence is proof that they have sex..you don't need a pic. What are you going to do, blackmail them? For having sex at night in their own bedroom?
Do nothing...wash your eyes out with bleach to get rid of the image!
PS: Don't really wash your eyes out with bleach...it could cause blindness.....

First erase the proof and then let your parents know, so that they know they have to lock their doors. Also have them talk to your brother about it so that he is not traumatized.
