Sorry hun, but you will gain all that weight back quickly. Your body will crave food and you must feed it in order to get healthy again.
Losing weight from illness is not something that will work in the long term.
You need to exercise, sensible diet and self restraint for long term weight loss.

The reason most people lose weight when sick is because they stop eating. They feel sick and don't have an appetite and thus don't eat. However, not only does this help prolong the sickness, it is very unhealthy as well. Your body needs the nutrients, vitamins, etc from the food you eat. Also, often people go to the bathroom frequently or vomit while sick, and thus lose water weight.

When you gain the weight back afterwards that is your body readjusting to its normal routine. You're eating again and drinking fluids again and thus the weight is naturally returning. It would be extremely unhealthy to continue to not eat and drink properly. If you want to lose those 10 pounds just make sure you're eating a healthy diet of foods and exercising regularly.

I study someplace that the subway persons had to drop him from the classified ads at one factor and that they actually observed their sales drop for the duration of that era. so they had to deliver him lower back. This kinda illustrates the flexibility of their marketing campaign. greater importantly, the final public does seems to entice theory from the Mr clean or Mr healthful showcasing products even if we carry on with them or no longer.
