there is geographical pattern found in case of cancer for example in india mouth cancer is more in men and breast and cervical cancer in female. in u.s. colon cancer recorded, there is very less chance of ca penis in cercumcsied etc. so it can't predict to perticular cell is responsible. however some intiating factor may be prone to develope such as tabacco, UV light, Xray. radiation etic. are a number of factor.

Well, the most common types of cancer in Canada are breast, prostate, and colon cancer. So, I would say those types of cells are pretty good at making tumors. Retinoblastoma is really common in children, that's a neye tumor, so you could add retinal cells to the list. Also, leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma are caused by blood cells. i don't know if there is one type of cell that causes the 'most' tumors.

Not real clear on your question, but all types of cancer results from high levels of toxicity in your body. A huge study done on cancer found that by lowering your animal fat & protien to 6% can not only reduce the risk of most cancers, but actually restore the cells to normal. There is no staright forward answer to this question. All cells start off the same and as they grow they become "differentiated" and develop different characteristics depending on what tissue they are to becom part of.
