That's hard.
Have you tried advertizing in your local paper?
Or you could do what my mother did recently: Put the cat and kittens into a box and carry them to a local hang-out place, where people will see them and fall in love with them.
Good luck.

Go to the shelter in person and claim you just found them and you would give a donation, or make up a story like you saw someone dump them on the side of the road. Alot of places are full until you offer a donation because remember the place is taking the financial burden and most people just dump and animal and don't help the places. Or drive alittle further to find your cats a home/shelter, and whats wrong with leaving the cats outside unless they've never been outside, out door cats usually live way better lives than indoor cats as long as the place isn't traffic heavy.
But the best way to get rid of them is to take them into a vets office or shelter and say you found them in a box, sometimes telling a lie will make people feel sorry for the animals and insure a home for them oh an leaving them at the door works

If the cat was spayed you wouldn't have the problem. Put an ad in the newspaper.
Do you realize that for every 1 person born, there are 7 puppies and kittens
born? At best, 1 will find a forever home.
And don't forget, that every "Free-to-good-home" litter takes homes away
from animals already at the shelter.
STOP letting your pets; or your friends, relatives or co-workers pets
contribute to the problem.
If you love animals, it is NOT ENOUGH to merely say "My pets are fixed".
Vow to educate and enable others to fix their pets too.
Spaying just 1 female dog or cat, will prevent 6 others from ending up in a
shelter the following year.
Please be part of the solution, NOT the problem!
Thank you. ^..^

Google Cat rescues. There are many in NY, NJ and CT. One I can recommend is Friends Of Felines in Stamford, CT.
They will get them all the care they need and then foster them in foster homes until a new home is found.

Call your local newspaper. Many will run a free classified add for pet adoptions.

Try placing posters in several veterinary offices. Often people have just lost a pet and are interested in adopting.
I'd try to see to it that the Mama and one of the babies stay together, so she is not so stressed about losing her babies.
And Hon next time you get a pet, PLEASE spay or neuter.
