I did not see anyone smoking in the Riverside Cantonese when I went there. But that doesn't necessarily mean it was non-smoking unfortunately.
I'm pretty sure the Thai Edge in the Brewery Quarter is non smoking. Who wants to have their food tinged with cancer-creating fumes anyway?
Never mind, on April 2 smoking will be banned in ALL public places in Cardiff. Bwahahahaha!
