Yes, these signs do sound typical to adult feline diabetes. One other sign that you may want to look for is crystallized urine. The cat's urine, when dried, will turn into what appears to be sugar crystals. I would highly recommend taking your kitty to the vet. You may be able to prolong any further effects with proper medication.

You should bring her to the vet, they may be able to help with the symptoms and make her more comfortable.

Your cat is 18 years old..First thing to look at. It could be a lot of things...diabetes's,cancer,ulcer or food isn't agreeing with her.At that age it is best to take her to vet.Better safe than sorry.
