Well, the last time I got my hair cut, I of course did the razor cut. But, my hair is thin and I didn't think that I had enough to layer it. So, I just got the choppy ends and it looked pretty good.

By now, my hair has grown back down to my shoulders, and when I cut it I had it done right under my jaw bone and chin, just like how my boyfriend likes it. Today, my mom is taking me to get it cut again, which he got his cut yesterday. I don't need it cut, but I want it.

I'm going to get the razor cut look done again, but I was just wondering if mine would be able to be layered? Here is a picture of what it looked like the last time it got done, and don't make fun of my skin, it has cleared up at this point, hair in front of face was pulled behind ears:

So, do you think my hair would be able to be layered? Would it even look good that way? Or does that look just fine? I need to know before 5:30 p.m. Thank you!

Also, as you can see in my personal avatar, or whatever, the style of hair that she has is supposed to be a razor cut. Is that what it's supposed to look like when it's layered? If so, I still need to know if my hair, being thin (In Mom's words "fine"), would it be able to be layered like that? Thank you so much. I hope to get these answers soon. It's currently 12:56 p.m. and I need to take a shower and wash some clothes.

If you have a good hair stylist, he/she should be able to cut your fine/thin hair in such a way to complement your face and features. Always take a photo of the style you want to try and discuss it with him/her. There is a difference between "fine" hair and "thin" hair. A good stylist can cut your hair in such a way to make it "lighter" and it will then appear to be "fuller". Do not hesitate to discuss with the hair stylist. That is why they are there - to help you. Best of Luck today with your cut !!!

Just have the ends razored & ask if a few layers w/ texturized scissors will help add some body.

You have, fine straight hair so a lot of layers will make it look thin.
