My 1 year old daughter went on to the computer and booked 2 tickets to go and see The Red Hot Chilli Peppers in Glasgow! I'm going with a pal who has young twins, so we both get a couple of days of fun! I didn't even know she knew how to use the computer. Hubby took the credit - but he's not usually that thoughtful, so I'm sticking with the genius child theory - however implausible!!!

nothing I have to wait for Fathers day! But my two boys got their mum flowers and a mug with breakfast in bed all bought paid for and done by their Dad. Their Mum was really impressed and so were my 2 and a half year ols and the 4 month baby smiled just that bit more!

I had a bunch of 30 roses, a No.1 Mummy keyring and fridge magnet, and a mug that says Yummy Mummy! Only simple things but my son is only just 1 and I loved all my gifts.

My youngest made some biscuits and some marzipan stuff but she coated everything in coconut and I'm not too partial to coconut (I think it was a ploy), but its the thought that counts and I got a littleteddy as well as the washing up done.
Not bad I thought.

hmmm that was a long time ago, but I think I got a gift certificate to the movies from my son and daughter-in-law...I'm pretty safe in saying that because that's what I get from them for every holiday. My other son doesn't give gifts...he's just not that kind of guy...and I'm sure that my daughter gave me something...she's wonderful about that kind of thing...but I don't remember...she could have just taken me out to lunch, but she gives me stuff all the time and so just one occasion doesn't stick out in my mind.

Hi Noreen. I got such lovely little gifts, handbag, make-up, lippy, plant, mug, necklace, fridge magnet, underwear, key-ring with my two grandchildren on it - looks brill. They were all lovely and we had a nice roast lamb dinner with a nice glass of wine and later we had a nice brandy. How about you hope you had a good day too.
